Stevie’s Fish Dip With Serrano Surprise Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds mullet fillets, smoked
- 1 cup bread and butter pickles, pureed
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Stevie Mac’s Serrano Surprise Sauce
Break smoked fish into chunks (other fish such as salmon or amberjack may be substituted). In large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients. Serve with crackers with plenty of Serrano Surprise, yield: 60 ounces
