Service Options

Stevie Mac’s offers a variety of service options in an effort to accommodate your needs.  Let us know how we can help make your event unique.

We recommend at least 48 hours notice for a delivery and one-week notice for all catering orders.  During busy seasons, we book up quickly.  All orders are done on a first come first served basis.  Thank you!

Service Selection – Please call us to discuss service pricing for your unique event.*  We can supply everything from paper goods and plastic utensils, to china and stem ware.  Please ask for details.

Pick-Up – Let us know when you want to pick up your order.  Stevie Mac’s will have everything ready to go!  We’ll even supply food warmers.

Delivery & Set-up – Delivery (minimum order $150 + delivery charge).  We’ll deliver everything to your event and set it up in high-quality aluminum & plastic containers.   Chafing dishes are also available.  We can also supply paper goods and utensils.

Full Service * – We will set it up, serve, and clean it up! Our staff will provide all you need for a buffet line, including paper goods, utensils & condiments.  Minimum of 30 guests.

Full Service & Grill On Site *- Full Service plus a Grill Chef who will prepare meats, seafood or vegetarian meals on our grill.  Generally requires a minimum of 60 guests.

(We will add a 15% gratuity to Full Service and Full Service & Grill on Site service options.)
